We are looking for a professional sales manager who can provide his department with qualified solutions, invaluable experience, non-standard and competent solutions.
The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Responsibilities:
Market Research;
Achieve growth and hit sales targets;
Generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships;
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
Conducting outbound cold/hot calling, emailing and general prospecting;
Negotiating agreement types and pricing models;
Increase sales volume.
Requirements and skills:
At least 1 year experience in sales;
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
Ability to effectively build new business relationships;
Ability to handle objection and initiative;
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
Fluent verbal and written English is a must;
Attention to detail.
