Internship Opportunity: Commercial Administration Assistant (Sales & Export Department)

We are currently looking for an intern to join our Commercial team, supporting the Export Department in its day-to-day activities. This is a valuable opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants to explore international trade and gain practical experience in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to export sales
Support the preparation of contracts and customer documentation
Coordinate the delivery of wine samples to international clients
Assist with travel arrangements and hospitality planning for visiting partners
Communicate and collaborate with various departments (Sales, Logistics, Marketing, etc.)

Candidate Profile:

Student or graduate in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
Interest in international sales, trade, or the wine and beverage industry
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Romanian (Russian is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
