We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor!

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Logistics Sales Managers to success
Actively search and engage prospective customers from the USA & Canada (B2B, cold calling, email correspondence)
Present and explain services provided by the Company
Understand customer transportation needs and offer tailored solutions
Maintain successful business relationship with current customers
Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Set targets, track results, check deadlines
Assess Team's performance and identify needs
Organize meetings and trainings for the team
Requirements:
Dynamic and result-oriented Team leader
Experience in Sales is a must
Experience in logistics is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Well-developed leadership skills
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
