Philip Morris Sales & Marketing Ltd. ,on behalf of its Partner, is looking for a qualified Brand Engagement Executive to join the SFP (Smoke Free Products) team.
As a Brand Engagement Executive, you will have the opportunity to contribute in delivering locally relevant and engaging omni-channel communication campaigns.
Your “day to day”:
You will support the development & deployment of a cohesive go-to-market strategy and monitor execution. You will:
Leverage on market data and consumer trends and insights to contribute to the development of communication plans and relevant toolboxes across offline and online channels that resonate with local target audiences and help drive critical behavior changes.
Develop local online and offline content and messaging for various campaigns based on global brand toolboxes and guidelines, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone-of-voice, and optimized for user experience across channels.
Build and maintain a strong partnership with agencies. Closely work with them for content development or localization, by providing clear briefs, outlining the communication objective, what must be accomplished, the scope of assignments and project timelines.
Work in multi-disciplinary project teams and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders for deployment of consumer & trade engagement programs across all channels.
Ensure that all developed materials and implemented activities are fully in line with local regulations and PMI code, by seeking advice from Legal and External Affairs departments, as well as submitting and receiving necessary approvals for all developed plans prior to implementation.
Assess and monitor brand and product communication effectiveness (across channels) and continuously perform improvements to optimize campaign results.
Support the Consumer Journey continuous improvement through impactful content creation, consistent with the brand purpose and promise, ensuring touchpoint effectiveness and value creation at the different stages of the customer lifecycle.
Prepare & track monthly on-going accurate budgeting, by following up from request initiation to submission of invoicing.
Background, competencies and skills:
You have University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management/PR; MBA is a plus.
You have 3-5 years of marketing/brand management experience, ideally in consumer centric functions. Experience in FMCG or agencies is a plus.
Digital experience with an omni-channel marketing approach is an asset.
Strong understanding of and passion for brand marketing and communication.
Good planning and project management skills, experience working in multi-disciplinary cross-functional project teams.
Analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and data-driven thinking.
Fast learner, curious and outward looking.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills and experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent command of Romanian and Russian (both written and spoken). English would be considered as a key asset.
